One of the main projects in the General Course at Duncan of Jordanstone was one that ran for four weeks. Choosing Media as my subject choice meant that I would be working in a group of four for these weeks together. At the start of this project, it felt like we had all the time in the world but before I knew it we were editing out film and then making DVD copies of it.

When we began this project, we were given the simple task to observe. Armed with sketchbooks and pencils, that’s exactly what we did.

There were many different outcomes for this project from other groups, from books to installations and cartoons to stop motion films, but we decided on a filmed series of photographs, which was a concept surprisingly difficult to explain!

Anyway, here’s the final piece.
